info
What is it that fuels each and every one of us in this world? For me, it is sharing knowledge about how to conduct evidence-based management research. Since I got started as an adjunct faculty back in 2009, I have found such a sense of fulfillment in my own life. As a full-time faculty with scholar-practitioner knowledge and career management experience, I enjoy teaching and sharing my experiences with my students. Engaging the passions of doctoral students to study management problems and formulate solutions that can be published for impact on the practice of management is exciting.
